How much does the hotel pick-up cost?
200 DH for pick-up and return, on top of the repair price. Prefer to come to our shop at Marché Baladi in Inezgane? Then there is no pick-up cost.
Do I need to give my passcode?
Not for most repairs. We test what we can without it, and you check the phone with us when we bring it back.
What if I fly home soon?
Tell us your departure time when you message us. We only collect your phone if we can bring it back before you leave.
When do I pay?
When your phone is back in your hands and works. Not before.
Is my phone safe with you?
At pick-up you get a written receipt with the model, the problem and the agreed price. Your photos and messages stay on the phone.
